1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 22jl2 ("22jl2," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 22jl2 website located at 22jl2.net and all associated services, games, and features (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the 22jl2 Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered by 22jl2, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 22jl2 Platform.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the 22jl2 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations and PAGCOR requirements.
• You must be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of 22jl2 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by PAGCOR or any other recognized gaming authority.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may register only one (1) account on the 22jl2 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances or bonuses held therein.

When registering a 22jl2 account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as required during the registration process.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete.
• Keep your 22jl2 login credentials — including your username and password — strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.

22jl2 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or terminate any account at its sole discretion, including where 22jl2 has reason to believe that the information provided is inaccurate, incomplete, or fraudulent.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 22jl2 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum Deposit: ₱100 per transaction via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, or Metrobank.
• Withdrawal Processing: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are processed within 5 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are processed within 1–3 business days.
• Identity Verification: 22jl2 may require identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in withdrawal delays or suspension of withdrawal privileges.
• Source of Funds: You warrant that all funds deposited into your 22jl2 account are from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of any criminal activity.
• Withdrawal Method: Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to 22jl2's discretion.
• Fees: 22jl2 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which 22jl2 accepts no responsibility.

22jl2 reserves the right to delay, withhold, or reverse any transaction where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or violation of these Terms.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

22jl2 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of each offer:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed KYC verification and are in good standing with 22jl2.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific bonus terms.
• 22jl2 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any other method — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the 22jl2 Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In addition, the following general gameplay terms apply:

• All game outcomes on 22jl2 are determined by certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology, ensuring fair and unpredictable results.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, 22jl2 will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue. However, 22jl2 does not guarantee the continuation of any interrupted game session.
• Bets placed and accepted by the 22jl2 system are final and binding. 22jl2 will not reverse or cancel bets after they have been accepted, except in cases of manifest error.
• In the event of a manifest error — including incorrect odds, game malfunctions, or erroneous payouts — 22jl2 reserves the right to void affected bets and correct any resulting account balances.
• Players are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection before commencing gameplay. 22jl2 is not liable for losses resulting from connectivity issues on the player's end.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 22jl2 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the 22jl2 Platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in any form of cheating, fraud, or deceptive conduct.

• Registering or using an account on behalf of another person without their explicit consent.

8. Account Suspension & Termination

22jl2 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from the player's payment provider.

• Regulatory requirement or instruction from PAGCOR or any other competent authority.

Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any 22jl2 content without the prior written consent of 22jl2.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 22jl2 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the 22jl2 Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
• Interruption of service, system downtime, or technical malfunctions.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your account or data.
• Any conduct or content of third parties on the Platform.

The 22jl2 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. 22jl2 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

In no event shall 22jl2's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 22jl2 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to 22jl2's customer support team for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies in the Philippines having jurisdiction over the matter.

Players who believe their dispute involves a regulatory matter may also escalate their complaint to PAGCOR in accordance with PAGCOR's published complaint procedures.
